Linda Lowe, longtime member of MMLA, has passed away.

Sadly, MMLA just learned of the passing recently of Linda Lowe. Linda was a longtime City Solicitor for Gloucester and eventually became its City Clerk. She had also worked with Petrini & Associates. Linda was an active member in the then City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association and continued her interest in municipal law when the CSTC became the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association. She had also served on the Association's Executive Board for several terms. Linda frequently attended our meetings and events, freely contributing to the discussion and always willing to share her vast expertise on local government. There does not appear to be an obituary at this time, however we are pasting below an article on her passing from the Gloucester Daily Times. May her memory be a blessing for her family and friends.
