The January monthly lunch and learn webinar program will be held on Wednesday, January 7th at noon. We will hear from Gwen King of Nolan & King LLC, Franziskus Lepionka of the City of Cambridge, and Mark Bourbeau of DTM Law speak on eminent domain. The panel will provide municipal practitioners practical guidance on eminent domain takings, including establishing a defensible public purpose, how and when to utilize executive sessions, use of experts, and avoiding common pitfalls.
