Registration is now open for the MMLA's Annual Conference! The MMLA is excited to be returning to picturesque western Massachusetts for our Annual Conference on Thursday, October 23rd and Friday, October 24th. We are delighted to host this year's conference in the City of Northampton at the historic Hotel Northampton.

Registration includes continental breakfast both Thursday and Friday, lunch and dinner on Thursday, coffee on both days, 6 outstanding panels on municipal law updates, networking and socializing, presentation of awards, surprises, and more!

An agenda and link to program materials will be emailed to all registrants (make sure you have not opted-out of emails from MMLA!) prior to the conference.

On Thursday we will have an informative and timely panel on Intermunicipal Agreements and Shared Services.  Local officials (non-members) will be able to register for that program along with the other Thursday morning sessions, and the continental breakfast at the special rates listed below.

Room Reservations

Room reservations can be made at the special MMLA rate of $157.00, plus tax. There is much to do around Northhampton, and the hotel has amenities including a seasonal patio and restaurants, so bring the family! You are encouraged to book your hotel room now – to secure the discounted MMLA rate. Don’t miss the opportunity to network with your colleagues from around the state.

If you have not yet reserved a room, reservations can be made by by calling the Hotel at  413-584-3100 and asking for the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association group for October 23-24.  If you want to arrive earlier, our special rate should be applicable. If you want to stay later, inquire about rates.

• Members-$180.00, Guests- $65.00 
• Members with less than 5 years of practice- $135.00
• First Time MMLA Member Attendee- $10.00 discount for member off applicable rate
• Non-Members- $225.00, Guests- $75.00
• Local Officials (non-members) attending the Thursday morning programs and continental breakfast- $45.00

Pricing After September 15th :

• Members- $200.00, Guests- $75.00
• Members with less than 5 years of practice- $150.00
• Non-Members- $275.00, Guests- $85.00
• Local Officials (non-members) attending the Thursday morning programs and continental breakfast- $50.00
