Growing Pains: Municipal Best Practices for the Marijuana Industry

Presented by the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association
How are municipalities across the Commonwealth handling the rollout of this new industry? This intensive tutorial will address municipal best practices and a variety of topics, including negotiating host community agreements, changing zoning bylaws and ordinances, and how to treat money from marijuana establishments, all while understanding the differences among business practices and models across the cannabis industry.
