9th Annual Public Construction Update: My Client’s Public Construction Project is in Trouble . . . Now What? – Wednesday, May 15, 2019.
This year’s annual public construction program will focus on issues arising when public construction projects are in trouble. Topics to be covered include dealing with payment disputes, injuries to a subcontractor’s employee, a general contractor who walks off the job and determining design and construction defects.
The Association will also hold its Annual Business Meeting and Election of Officers at this meeting.
The program is $75.00 for MMLA members current on their dues. The fee includes the seminar, electronic materials, and buffet dinner. There is a $10.00 surcharge for non-dues-current MMLA members.
