The City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association (CSTCA) is the oldest and largest bar association in this commonwealth dedicated to the practice of municipal law. The members of the City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association consist of attorneys whose practice includes providing legal services to cities and towns or who otherwise devote a substantial portion of their practice to the advancement of municipal law.

Massachusetts Zoning Reform

The Zoning Reform Working Group (ZRWG) is made up of state legislators, municipal, regional, and state officials, planners, environmental and housing advocates, and interested citizens who have joined together to sponsor legislation to update state statutes regarding planning, zoning, and subdivision. Elements of this bill stem from the previously filed Community Planning Act (CPA II) and Land Use Partnership Act (LUPA).
