This informative half-day workshop is co-sponsored by MMLA and Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA), and will be co-chaired by MMLA Executive Board members John Goldrosen and Margaret Hurley. The topics to be covered are of great importance to municipal lawyers, planners, selectmen, town administrators, zoning board members, planning board members, and other local officials.  Registration and a continental breakfast are available at the Hogan Center beginning at 8:00 AM.  In addition to John Goldrosen and Margaret Hurley, presentations will be made by Attorney George Hall (Anderson & Kreiger, Cambridge), and Jeff Bagg (Prinicipal Planner, Central Mass Planning Commission,  Worcester).

In March of this year the Association, with co-sponsorship by Mass Municipal Association, held a seminar at Clark University with updates on the then “new” marijuana laws. The upcoming seminar at Holy Cross will provide timely updates. A lot has happened in the past six months; so this is a must-attend seminar.
