Michelle Allaire McNulty is a principal in the Braintree law firm of Murphy, Lamere, & Murphy, P.C, where she concentrates her practice in public sector labor and employment law, education and general municipal law. She represents school committees, cities and towns in municipal matters, employment, labor, discrimination, education, and related issues. She also serves as Town Counsel to the Town of Whitman, Massachusetts. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her Bachelors’ degree from Boston University. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, before the U.S. Supreme Court and the District of Massachusetts. She is a current member and past president of the Massachusetts Council of School Attorneys. She is also a member of the City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association and a contributing author to Massachusetts Municipal Law, a 2008 MCLE Publication.
