The Zoning Reform Working Group (ZRWG) is made up of state legislators, municipal, regional, and state officials, planners, environmental and housing advocates, and interested citizens who have joined together to sponsor legislation to update state statutes regarding planning, zoning, and subdivision. Elements of this bill stem from the previously filed Community Planning Act (CPA II) and Land Use Partnership Act (LUPA).
